Norwegian Speaking Customer Expert

About the Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our customer experience team as a Norwegian speaking expert. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction, providing troubleshooting for mobile devices and assisting customers to manage/secure their account & passwords.

Requirements:
  • You must be fluent in Norwegian and have advanced English knowledge.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
  • You should have great communication skills and prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
  • You should also have strong troubleshooting skills.
