We are seeking a tech-savvy professional fluent in Norwegian to join our team as a Customer Expert.
TP collaborates with the leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment, offering job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for digital cameras, printers & photocopiers.
We will equip successful candidates with comprehensive training on the company's products, including guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Develop strong, professional relationships with all partners and demonstrate empathy at all times
- Achieve targets set out by client statement of work and internal targets
- Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling frequently asked questions effectively
- Turn every customer into a happy customer
- Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal skills in Norwegian
- Good communication skills in English
- Tech expertise
- Solution-driven thinking
- An empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
- A positive and adventurous attitude
