International Customer Experience Associate">

As a key member of our global customer experience team, you will provide top-notch support to customers speaking Italian in a remote setting. Our ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and has excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Italian.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues and guide them through solutions.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and empathy.
  • Learn and grow through our comprehensive training program.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian (C2 level) written and spoken.
