Job Title: Seamless Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Seamless Operations Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our certification services.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-tier support to our customers while maintaining the integrity of our examination process. This includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the examination & certification process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms. This involves enforcing exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process and handling any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You should also have advanced computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is an asset, and previous experience in a similar position/function is considered an advantage.

A prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be beneficial. Additionally, having a native-like or C2 level certification in English and Polish (or equivalent) is highly desirable.

As a background check requirement, candidates will undergo a Background Check prior to commencing their duties.
