Ο πελάτης μας βρίσκεται στην κατασκευή επιγραφών επιχειρήσεων και παρέχει κατασκευαστικές λύσεις αιχμής, καλύπτοντας ένα ευρύ φάσμα στους τομείς retail, εμπορικά πάρκα, ασφαλιστικών/υγείας, ενέργειας/πετρέλαιο, HO.RE.CA, Τραπεζικό & Φορολογικό κ.α.


Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχωρήσεις Γενικής Λογιστικής: τιμολόγια εξόδων, παγίων και λοιπών συμψηφιστικών εγγραφών
  • Καταχώρηση ταμειακών εγγραφών
  • Καταχώρηση αδειών εργαζομένων στο λογιστικό πρόγραμμα
  • Κάρτα εργασίας - έλεγχος και διορθώσεις αποκλίσεων
  • Συμφωνία καρτελών προμηθευτών και οι πληρωμές αυτών
  • Παρακολούθηση των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών
  • Εισαγωγή και συμπλήρωση των ηλεκτρονικών φακέλων στο σύστημα διαχείρισης δεδομένων

Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ ή ΑΕΙ με κατεύθυνση στα Λογιστηκά
  • Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 έτη στον τομέα τμήματος λογιστηρίου/τιμολόγησης
  • Εμπειρία σε καταχρήσεις Β' κατηγορίας
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office
  • Γνώση MyData
  • Επιθυμητά προσόντα γνώση Soft1
  • Επαγγελματική παρουσία
  • Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό λόγο, κοινωνικότητα και εξωστρέφεια
