Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Athens. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting financial tasks. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, communicating with clients, and ensuring precise account management. The role requires collaboration with the team to deliver effective solutions and maintain client satisfaction.

Prerequisites

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance or related field

·       
Relevant experience in client management and support

·       
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, Excel

·       
Professional experience in Softone series 5 ERP

·       
Good knowledge of English

·       

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

·       

Creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

·       

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

·       

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Greece is definitely a plus
