As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Voice and SMS wholesale team and seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Wholesale SMS Account Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key wholesale SMS accounts (both buy and sell side).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with international carriers and aggregators.
  • Optimize routing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and in-depth performance analyses with key partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and volume commitments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, legal, billing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and successful partner on-boarding.
  • Monitor and analyze SMS traffic quality and proactively resolve issues.
  • Represent modulus at major industry events and conferences (e.g., Capacity, GCCM) to strengthen our global network and brand presence.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management or business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, competitive international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend key industry events.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

Good to have

  • Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in SMS wholesale or A2P SMS business development/account management.
  • Substantial commercial and negotiation skills.
  • 1 year of experience in telecoms, preferably in wholesale Voice/SMS.
  • Familiarity with telecom KPIs and tools for traffic analysis.
  • Experience working with international carriers or aggregators.
  • Knowledge of an extra language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, Arabic, French).
