ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely collections, managing client accounts, and supporting the month-end close process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to improve financial processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices

· Issue and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner

· Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve billing issues

· Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies

· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Project Management) to resolve disputes

· Prepare AR-related reports and assist in month-end and year-end close activities

· Support audit requirements and provide necessary documentation when needed

· Contribute to process improvement initiatives in AR workflows

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

· At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, including revenue recognition, GL accounting and AR processes

· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Comfortable working in a multicultural and international business environment
