Voice of the Customer Service Representative

Customer care and service excellence are at the forefront of our organization's mission. We're seeking a skilled professional to fill a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) representative, handling technical returns, and complaint management. This involves proactive communication between customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as VOC representative and manage customer satisfaction
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support
- Process GDPR-related requests and handle them via Jira system
- Provide general and technical advice, service requests, and complaint handling
- Monitor daily CS Risk system (blue/red tickets, VOC reports, Early warnings, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with internal departments
- Manage customer complaints and execute credits/exchanges
- Validate technical returns and manage RMA issuing process
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including report writing and analytical abilities. Proactivity, innovation, and self-motivation are essential qualities for this role. A strong sense of ownership and desire to continuously add value to customers and the organization are also expected.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Technical studies
- 1–3 years of experience in VOC management, either as an Agent or Team Leader
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient user of MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
