Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to deliver accurate information and guidance.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to boost product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture and lifestyle.
