We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Plan interactions with prospect customers and update CRM tool with relevant status
  • Support customers during the onboarding process and through their lifecycle to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with other departments to design, implement, track, and enhance business support processes
  • Resolve user issues directly or work with teams internally to identify possible solutions
  • Upsell customers to premium packages and cross-sell services
Requirements

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • PASSION for Customer Acquisition & Support
  • Strong Attention to Detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
