UNISON Human Resources SA, a consulting company in HR recruiting, seeks to recruit, on behalf of its client:

Customers Mortgage Advisor: Athens Code: CMA/25

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on sales of mortgage products and offering tailored advice to customers.

• Maintain regular communication and provide service to customers, external partners, and the branch network.

• Offer specialized guidance on mortgage loans, taking into account the differences in banking products, regulations, and tax policies in different countries.

• Monitor the progress of loan applications to ensure adherence to the bank's standards. Analyze financial and legal documents to assess customer creditworthiness.

• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized solutions that meet their specific needs.

• Strengthen and expand networks with branch teams and external partners to grow the client base.

Candidate profile:

• A degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies. A Master's degree will be considered a plus.

• Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment, especially in loans, is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in client management and effective communication.

• Excellent command of the English language is a must (additional languages such as German or French will be considered an asset).

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with banking software and data analysis tools is highly valued.

• Comfortable with modern digital tools and platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
