Roussos Hatzidimitriou is a boutique law firm based in Piraeus, specializing in corporate, commercial, civil, and shipping law. We represent Greek and international clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, as well as advising on high-profile transactions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Associate with 3–5 years of court experience to join our litigation and dispute resolution team. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, representing clients in court, handling hearings, preparing pleadings and briefs, and managing all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. You will have exposure to high-value and complex commercial, civil, and shipping disputes.

Requirements / Απαραίτητες Προϋποθέσεις

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a degree grade of at least "Λίαν Καλώς" (Very Good) / Βαθμός πτυχίου τουλάχιστον «λίαν καλώς»
  • Postgraduate studies (Master's degree) / Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) / Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
  • 3–5 years' experience as a litigation/dispute resolution lawyer with proven court experience
  • Hands-on experience drafting legal documents, pleadings, and court briefs
  • Experience appearing in court, handling hearings, and managing case files
  • Strong analytical, legal research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Business-minded, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work under tight deadlines
