Purchasing & Logistics Professional

Medicare Hellas S.A. has been established since 1986 as a leading distributor of medical supplies and consumables with high standards and safety.

  • Monitor and execute procurement activities for current and future needs
  • Analyze stock levels, issue purchase orders to suppliers, and track orders for timely delivery
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding availability, backorders, and pricing issues
  • Update system database with new codes and prices
  • Liaise with logistics companies to ensure products arrive in perfect condition
  • Monitor short self-life stock and handle product returns to suppliers
  • Provide purchase and sales reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in purchasing and logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • ERP Soft1 knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Accountability and initiative
  • Time management
