Construction Back Office MEP Engineer

What You Will Do
  • Manage and supervise the procurement or purchase of technical goods and services on construction works of (including but not limited to) apartments, offices and retail buildings based on client's needs
  • Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors
  • Project budgeting
  • Account / bill of quantities drafting
  • Ensure purchase goods and services are delivered as promised
  • Interact with Vendors and Designers and on Site Construction Teams

Requirements
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Bachelor degree)
  • Previous experience (min 1 year) on Construction Projects (residential and commercial buildings)
  • A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to integrate these systems into overall construction projects
  • General knowledge of building construction codes and industry standards, MEP equipment properties and specifications
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems, both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel (excellent use) is required
  • Fluent in Greek & English
