PROMEA conceives, develops and coordinates the implementation of European projects to address these challenges, linking knowledge, policy, training and business organisations.

As a
European R&D&I Activities coordination expert
, you will translate European projects and contracts requirements into actions, deliverables, and impact. You will implement and/or oversee implementation work for European consortia of stakeholders. The position is open for candidates at both senior or mid-level of expertise.

Your Role

As a European
R&D&I Activities
expert or coordinator in PROMEA, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out background research and contributing to the drafting of policy and knowledge-related project deliverables;
  • Carrying out or contributing towards project actions (such as workshops, conferences, empirical research activities, tools development, etc.);
  • Contributing to (or fully assuming) the overseeing of project or contract management flows and project reporting;
  • Carrying out cross-project internal organisation and analysis-related tasks.

Your Profile

  • Proven track record (3-5y) in relevant sectors;
  • Background in physics, mathematics, geology, agronomy or relevant applied sciences;
  • Master's level of thinking and analytical skills;
  • Affinity with climate adaptation policies, innovation, investment, competitiveness;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally;
  • Structured and independent working style, with a sharp eye for deadlines and quality;
  • Active listening and adaptive response to the team needs and guidelines;
  • Solid fluency in oral and written English.
