Store Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team in Athens.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-end retail, with expertise in motivating teams and driving sales growth.

The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive customer-centric atmosphere, leveraging outstanding leadership and in-depth knowledge of luxury retail to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.

  • Lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and ensure top-tier customer service.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Leverage customer feedback to refine the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. They will also have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, proficiency in English, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment in coordination with head office and regional distribution centers.
  • Monitor sales performance, expenses, and other key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager within the luxury, fashion, jewelry, or high-end retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
