Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Operations Data Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing operational data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes and enhance the efficiency of our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Collects data from various sources and supports the reporting function
  • Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports
  • Translates business requirements into specifications and uncovers opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborates with other teams to develop key metrics
  • Provides clear direction to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
  • Generates reports for stakeholders regarding company performance
  • Analyses existing processes and identifies areas for improvement
  • Supports operational projects for efficient decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business or Data Analysis with proven expertise in data analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or comparable platforms
  • Strong digital literacy, particularly in Power BI and other data-related tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
