Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data analysis and customer research skills to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights that inform business strategy. You will develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly convey key trends and performance metrics for strategic planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, demonstrate accountability, and exhibit a high degree of business acumen. You will have the ability to apply technology and quantitative skills to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MSc in related fields will be considered an asset.">
