Job Title

 

We are seeking a Payroll Expert to join our team. As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for managing the full annual payroll cycle and working with 3rd parties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge of current labour legislation
  • Recognize the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
  • Collect, assimilate, analyse data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems
  • Apply technology knowledge to address client business challenges

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferably with an International firm or a large organization
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Experience in the full annual payroll cycle and in working with 3rd parties, including payroll vendors
  • Knowledge and understanding of payroll business processes
  • Good knowledge of Greek Social Security and Labor law
  • SCAN HRMS experience will be preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • A professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy
