We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive the success of our aggregates business. This role is responsible for leading product innovation and market leadership in the aggregates materials sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams.
  • Optimize the product mix to align with customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in the aggregates sector or lightweight building materials industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge in concrete applications and product performance evaluation.
  • Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Self-driven with a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
