Job Title: Product Manager Player Insights

We're seeking an experienced product manager to join our Player Insights (CRM) team and contribute to the overall product strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and owning product roadmaps, creating comprehensive product requirements, and monitoring product KPIs.

  • Strategic Product Ownership & Roadmap Development:
    • Take full responsibility for product/feature strategy and delivery against business objectives.
  • Product Requirements & Documentation:
    • Create comprehensive product requirements, specifications, business cases, and documentation for complex products and features.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Develop, monitor, and improve product KPIs with analytics team support.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation:
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
    • Work closely with development, QA, and operational teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Platform Integration & Vendor Management:
    • Evaluate and maintain relationships with external vendors required for product development.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as primary technical contact for Sales, Account Management, and customers throughout all project phases.
  • User Experience Advocacy:
    • Champion user experience as essential for API and AI development.
  • Training, Mentoring & Marketing Support:
    • Train and mentor colleagues across account management and sales to enhance product knowledge and customer interactions.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Build successful relationships across all company functions and jurisdictions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

You'll need:

  • Industry & Domain Expertise:
    • 2+ years experience in product or technical roles, ideally in Sports betting or Casino.
  • Technical & Product Management Skills:
    • Technical product management experience with understanding of client/web technologies and multiple channels.
  • Tool Proficiency & Data Analysis:
    • Proficient in product management tools including MS Office, Figma, Miro, Jira, Slack.
  • Communication & Presentation Excellence:
    • Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Leadership & Relationship Management:
    • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality.
  • Problem-Solving & User Focus:
    • Passionate about technology, user experience, and helping others.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Drive to continuously optimize performance.
