On behalf of IBM, a leading multinational IT company, LMW is seeking a Wealth Management IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in wealth management to contribute to both ongoing and upcoming projects focused on end-to-end IT business analysis. As part of a collaborative team that includes project managers, software architects, developers, and testers, the chosen candidate will work on the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using modern technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth expertise in relevant business domains, understand user objectives, and ensure that software applications are aligned with business needs.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with customer stakeholders.
  • Engage with development and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities.
  • Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of software features, enhancements, and issues.
  • Produce comprehensive functional specifications and wireframes, and obtain timely approvals from clients to support effective Sprint planning.
  • Participate actively in Sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings, offering clarifications and setting priorities as needed.
  • Ensure that delivered features align with specified requirements through continuous alignment with the implementation team.
  • Conduct regular estimation sessions with the team for upcoming features and project scope.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of system and user documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in IT.
  • At least 4 years of experience with business analysis tools, modeling techniques, and project methodologies.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on wealth management systems (Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software applications, communication methods, and user experience considerations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
