
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Analyst to join our Client Support team in Athens.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in providing first-level technical support to clients, analyzing and resolving issues, and managing tickets to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- A strong understanding of software development lifecycle, QA processes, IT change management, and issue/problem management is essential for this role.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A firm command of the English language and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
