Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a French Speaking Backoffice Agent. This role involves managing inquiries related to social media accounts and ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and manage back-office inquiries from users on the social media platform.
- Assist users with account issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Ensure content moderation is in line with platform policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve user satisfaction and experience.
- Keep detailed records of all user interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Support reporting and analysis on user engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or back-office roles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media platforms and user engagement practices.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and general office software applications.
