Call Center Representative Job in Greece

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Call Center representative to join our dynamic team in stunning Greece. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, assisting customers with account, payment, and technical concerns.

Your mission is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. You will deliver high-quality support through multiple channels, guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions, and serve as a dependable contact for sports-related customer needs.

You will respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism, communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty, and adhere to company procedures and maintain quality service standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via various communication channels
  • Assist customers with account, payment, and technical concerns
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sports-related customer queries
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively to build trust and customer loyalty
  • Maintain adherence to company procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
