Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food orders, delivery status, and service feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our services and help them navigate the ordering process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
- Experience with customer service software and tools is a plus.
