Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients in Czech to identify their advertising objectives and recommend personalized digital advertising solutions.
  • Develop and implement customized strategies that align with client goals and maximize their advertising effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the latest digital advertising tools and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise innovative marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and technologies.
