We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused travel agent to join our team. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and reserving rental cars that best suit their travel needs.

• Offer tailored advice on vehicle options, packages, and additional services">
• Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional approach">
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address any concerns">
• Stay updated on rental policies, special offers, and industry trends to support clients effectively">
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and reservations to ensure top-quality service">

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)">
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)">
• EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card">
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles">
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills">
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely">
