The ideal candidate will have a native or near-native level of Italian, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:
- Analyze business customer issues, identify best solutions, and resolve them via chat, email, or phone channels
- Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to address customer inquiries regarding online marketing products
- Adapt existing processes to craft alternate solutions, escalate critical queries, and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native / near-native level of Italian
- B2-C1 level in English
- Tech-savvy and curious mentality
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Flexibility to work night shifts/weekend shifts
