- Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to customers regarding food delivery services through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with queries related to orders, delivery statuses, menu options, and service policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance the overall delivery experience.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and address customer needs promptly.
- Keep customers informed about promotions, new menu items, and service updates.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
