A Comprehensive Legal Expert for Telecommunications

The role of a Telecommunications Legal Associate is a key position within our organization.
This legal professional will play a crucial part in ensuring that all telecommunications laws and regulations are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Notice and comment on rulemaking proceedings
- Provide strategic advice and advocacy in relation to filings and representations to regulators and governments, as well as public policy advocacy
- Prepare reports on matters handled
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in the context of working on several legal documents
- Manage claims and litigation, negotiate potential settlements, coordinate with other external law firms on litigation matters as required
- Negotiate, draw up, comment, and conclude a broad variety of legal telecom documents (service level agreements (SLAs), Equipment agreements, etc)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the B2B Telecoms industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Law; LL.M. Degree would be considered a plus
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of MS 365/Office tools
