Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Spanish Speaker to join their team in the Online Streaming Service Department. This exciting opportunity involves providing top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' concerns and addressing them promptly.
- Assist with account setup, subscription inquiries, and troubleshoot streaming issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Offer expert guidance on content, features, and promotions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for online streaming and entertainment is highly desirable.
