**Job Title: Client Service Analyst**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our team in Athens. As a Client Service Analyst, you will be responsible for managing client-facing activities, analyzing data, and ensuring clients obtain maximum value from our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish empathy with clients and colleagues. You will also possess strong organizational and analytical abilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Provide additional insight and interpretation of data to enable resolution of business questions and/or issues, including pre-analysis of data query and cooperation with the Data Integrity team in finalizing the resolution feedback to the client.
  • Client Support: Act as a point of contact for client complaints, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution, and manage queries raised by clients using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA property data to ensure full and timely response is provided.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to understand client data requirements and ensure that the products delivered are accurate, timely, and meet the client's expectations.
  • Research and Response: Research, analyze, and respond to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Educational Background: MSc with strong interest into data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, attention to details, respect of deadlines, and ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishes empathy attitude with clients and colleagues.
