Η Ifansi, μία από τις μεγαλύτερες εταιρίες χονδρικής πώλησης υφασμάτων γυναικείας ένδυσης, με έδρα στον Κολωνό, αναζητά Client Service Agent για τη Διεύθυνση Εξαγωγών.
**Κύρια καθήκοντα**:
Σκοπός της θέσης είναι η παροχή εξαιρετικού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης προς τους πελάτες.
Λαμβάνει και καταχωρεί παραγγελίες πελατών. Παρακολουθεί την εξέλιξή τους και επικοινωνεί με τον πελάτη για οποιοδήποτε θέμα προκύπτει.
Απαντά ερωτήματα πελατών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα, τις παραγγελίες και τις υπηρεσίες της εταιρίας. Διαμορφώνει και αποστέλλει προσφορές προς τους πελάτες. Διαχειρίζεται τα όποια αιτήματά τους σε συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα.
Διεκπεραιώνει τη διαδικασία τιμολόγησης των παραγγελιών και επικοινωνεί με πελάτες για θέματα τιμολογήσεων
Προγραμματίζει και δρομολογεί τη μεταφορά των παραγγελιών (μέσω μεταφορικών εταιριών)
Παρακολουθεί τις πληρωμές και επικοινωνεί με πελάτες
Συντηρεί στο μηχανογραφικό σύστημα και αρχειοθετεί τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και έγγραφα
**Προσόντα**:
Επαγγελματική προϋπηρεσία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, κατά προτίμηση εταιρικών - B2B (minimum 2 χρόνια)
Θα εκτιμηθεί γνώση του αντικειμένου (υφάσματα, ένδυση) ή/και προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε εξαγωγές / πελάτες εξωτερικού
Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
Θα εκτιμηθεί ικανοποιητική γνώση 2ης γλώσσας
Άριστη γνώση MS Office
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, δυναμική και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
Υπευθυνότητα και ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα οργάνωσης
Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου
Προαιρετικά, Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/TEI σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή Marketing ή συναφές αντικείμενο
