
Customer Service Representative

- Handle inbound calls and digital interactions (email, back-office tasks) with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, shipment tracking, claims processing, billing inquiries, and account setup.
- Provide technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues following documented procedures.
- Maintain high levels of ownership, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with procedures, tools, and service standards.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and multitasking across systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is a plus.
