Customer Support Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a flair for technical support and enjoy working with customers to resolve their queries?

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support for our Home Entertainment Systems. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to home entertainment systems.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong interest in technology and home entertainment systems.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
