Travel Agent Position Summary

We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our Customer Care team as Travel Agents. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their travel itineraries, providing top-notch customer service, and promoting our flight add-on products.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, working in a fast-paced environment, and utilizing their problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Travel Itinerary Assistance: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
  • Flight Cancellations and Rebookings: Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvements: Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer department.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent level of Spanish (oral and written) and good knowledge of English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the customer service sector is highly desirable.
  • Software Proficiency: Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude.
  • Quality Focus: Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
