In collaboration with Singapore Airlines, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering seamless, comfortable experiences for every passenger.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Entering customer information into our system to issue tickets or update records
  • Explaining rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
  • Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
  • Providing clear explanations of applicable fees and taxes for each ticket

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • High level of fluency in Turkish
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
  • Experience working in hospitality/travel/airline industry a plus
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
