Nordic Speaking Health and Wellness Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Nordic speaking customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across various Nordic countries, assisting them with inquiries related to health and wellness products offered by our clients.
Your expertise in customer service will play a crucial role in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty in this growing sector. If you are passionate about health and wellness and have strong communication skills in a Nordic language, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Address inquiries about health and wellness products and services in a Nordic language, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Assist with Order Processing: Help customers with order processing, product selection, and any issues related to their purchases, providing a seamless experience throughout.
- Document Customer Interactions: Maintain meticulous records of inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring that all interactions are well-documented and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with Product Development: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to convey customer feedback and enhance service quality, driving continuous improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest health and wellness trends and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Engage Proactively with Customers: Foster a positive experience by engaging proactively with customers, encouraging repeat business and building long-term relationships.
- Participate in Ongoing Training: Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of health and wellness products and customer service skills, staying ahead of industry developments.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the health and wellness sector.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service, addressing complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- Passion for Health and Wellness: A genuine passion for health and wellness will be advantageous, along with a willingness to learn about related products.
