Job DescriptionThis role involves delivering top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their experience with our health and wellness products is outstanding. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and recommendations to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions about our products.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian, responding to inquiries related to health and wellness products.
- Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and order-related questions to enhance their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide efficient solutions to customer problems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends, products, and company offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers, ensuring follow-ups on inquiries and satisfaction checks.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills continuously.
- Fluency in Italian with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness industry, is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a dedication to delivering excellent customer care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records.
