Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Athens.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in customer success or customer care roles. A good command of English is also necessary.

This role involves providing support to customers via various channels, tracking cases, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and efficient support to customers via chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Case Management: Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and on time.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving targets set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • German Language Proficiency: Minimum level C1-C2 (oral and written).
  • English Language Proficiency: Good command of English (minimum level B2, oral and written).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience: Experience in customer success or customer care roles is an asset.
  • Basic Technical Skills: Basic technical skills are required.
