Slovakian Customer Support Specialist in Greece

We are seeking dedicated Slovakian-speaking customer service representatives to provide exceptional support for clients in Greece.
Job DescriptionAs a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering superb support to Slovakian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels among our clients.
To achieve this, you will need to maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as stay up-to-date on any changes or updates. This will enable you to offer accurate assistance to customers and provide solutions to their problems.
You will also be responsible for documenting all customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system, which will help us to track and analyze customer feedback and improve our services accordingly.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service improvement and engage in training sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Your role will involve contributing innovative ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, which will have a direct impact on the success of our business.
Requirements- Fluent in Slovakian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
