Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their Dyson devices and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.
You will handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers, provide information and assistance on Dyson products, troubleshoot technical issues, process warranty claims, and offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in French and English, strong attention to detail, good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
Additionally, experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly valued. You will also receive full training by certified instructors on Dyson products and customer service techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on Dyson products, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
- Process warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
