Executive Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Executive, handling a wide range of tasks with discretion and professionalism.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide Secretarial support and personal assistance to a Senior Executive.
  • Act as a first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls, ensuring smooth communication with internal departments.
  • Manage the executive's calendar, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts.
  • Arrange complex travel plans, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Draft agendas, develop, and distribute presentations and reports.
  • Remind the executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
  • Support in organizing events and conferences.
  • Maintain databases and complete accurate records.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Executive PA.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
