We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role involves providing exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring our clients receive top-notch assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, using your analytical skills and product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, enabling us to improve our services and identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, driving innovation and excellence in our customer support.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and support techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and identify potential areas for enhancement, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding of new employees by sharing your expertise and best practices, promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration within our team.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with our Italian-speaking clients.
- A strong passion for technology and excellent troubleshooting skills, combined with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
- Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is highly desirable, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this position.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing your workload and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive approach with a focus on customer service excellence, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, where our team is based.
