We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a valued member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media.
Your mission is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. You will deliver high-quality support through multiple channels, guiding users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns and technical questions.
You will serve as a dependable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs, respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism, communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty, and adhere to company procedures and maintain quality service standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be fluent in Italian (C2 level) and English (B2 level), hold EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card, have 0-1 year of experience in customer support, possess strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and have an eagerness to learn and grow.
