Sales and Customer Support Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
- Sales Support: Provide support and promote products to increase revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products.
- A minimum of B2 level in English is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- The ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience is essential.
- Soft skills such as active listening and engagement are crucial for success in this role.
- Confident, adaptable, and empathetic individuals with a pleasant and positive attitude are highly desirable.
- A curious and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is also necessary.
