Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve client inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance client experiences.
- Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
- Provide constructive feedback to help enhance customer support operations.
- Foster a positive remote work culture, encouraging teamwork and communication.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Open to relocating to Greece and embracing a new cultural experience.
