Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address complex technical problems.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of products and support techniques.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and contributing to a positive team culture.
